Details on how to top up your M-Pass card on Urbanice:
Select the amount you wish to top up.
After completing the payment, please take a screenshot of your order and notify us via LINE @urbanice.
The system will add the amount to your balance and send a confirmation SMS.
Once you receive the confirmation SMS, you can start using it immediately.
*If you top up on weekends or public holidays, the company will process your request on business days (Monday to Friday) within 2 business days. **Terms and conditions apply as specified by the company.
